		<description>I fully agree with the benefits a Facebook group can bring. However, it can have its downfalls as well.

I guess using Facebook for a business can be a tricky . I have seen several brands having less than 20 people in their group and just left it to rot without bothering to grow it. I think asking the right question of &quot;Is using facebook group as a medium to build my brand or reach out to my stakeholders the right medium to use?&quot; will set the right direction and allow the right applications to be added to the group to fully utilize it.</description>
