Disney is one of the most aggessive defenders of copyright; in this video Professor Eric Faden of Bucknell University shows that copyright isn’t a blanket protection, but that there is a space for fair use.

  1. The humorous irony here is that Disney has been one of the most aggressive proponents of extending copyright protection almost to perpetuity. Using Disney’s own clips to illustrate the issues on copyright term is, indeed, a stroke of genius.
