Presentation to Lee White Innovation Institute

I’m in Philadelphia today for a presentation and panel discussion as part of the third annual Lee White Innovation Institute. Here are the slides I will be using:

  1. You showed tonight that deft use of social media can do much more than “building a brand”. Surely, Mayo’s brand is well established, you painted a vivid picture of why health care executives and clinicians would be wise to adopt social media for its many benefits.
    Social media can be powerful tools in creating “communities”, and enabling connections when they likely would not have been made. Thanks for the fresh insights into the rising force of social media in the health care industry.
